  Great atmosphere and a well curated film selection. Alcohol and snacks are available for purchase to accompany your chosen film. Great place for date nights!

  Terrible attitude from the manager. Acts as though she owns the place. Not welcoming. Left a bad taste on the end of our holiday. Worst experience in Tasmania. Also, what kind of cinema doesn’t sell popcorn? Screens are tiny for the high ticket price. Seats don’t have cup holders and are uncomfortable. Check out independent cinemas in Melbourne if you want a unique and friendly movie-going experience.

  Great selection of small and large cinemas with great charm. Rooftop cinema in summer. Always wonderful quality movies, lovely licensed cafe, this is where Hobart goes to the movies in style! Relax grab a coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy this historic cinema. Wheelchair access, hearing and sight impaired commentary available on request

  My review is of the cafe. My children wanted an iced chocolate drink. No can do!!! They make hot chocolates and iced lattes but can't put an iced chocolate together. Very poor effort!!!

  Friendly talkative helpful staff. Cute small seating theatre movie rooms, great atmosphere, your even able to buy wine or beer to drink to watch the movies. Would definitely revisit when back in the area.
