  It's was wonderful stay!!! Smooth check in & Smooth check out... Wonderful, friendly staff...not a single hiccup....we were given upgrade and was allowed early check in which we were not expecting..special mention to Jan (Duty Manager). Renovated clean modern room and still keeping the old things to make it look different. View from the room was beautiful. Breakfast is highly recommended, it was different then usual hash browns, baked beans etc... highly recommend to stay at this property.

  This is an unusual hotel set in a heritage building with large rooms and sweeping staircases. I found it quite charming and the room was very comfortable. Our window looked over the North Hobart Oval towards the city. A few minutes walk gets you into funky North Hobart eating area, or across to the Queens Domain. Hobart CBD is manageable as a walk too.

  Rydges Hobart is conveniently located near Elizabeth St, which has a wide variety and shops and cuisines. The room is quite nice, taking inspiration from the early 1900s but adding a few modern technologies. Staff are friendly and approachable.

  Loved our stay here. Beautiful rooms, given a free upgrade (thank you). Staff friendly, charming heritage feel, food just divine. A little way from CBD but well worth it.
