Arrangement didn't last 24 hours. The flowers were delivered in a vase with a clear gel instead of water in it. No information about this gel was provided, and it wasn't until I called to inform this florist the flowers were already dying that I was informed I needed to remove them, trim the stems and add water. The rose heads have completely dropped and the lillies are withered - a bit late now. It's also the first time I've ever had an arrangement in a vase delivered that needed to be removed from the vase, worked on, and put back in. I thought that was the whole point of sending flowers in a vase? So you don't need to do anything to it! Oh well, I suppose that's just this business' way of doing things. When I called I was told to remove the flowers, cut the stems, put them in warm water to revive them....no apology for not providing any care information, basically it was my fault I didn't call earlier to ask about how to do their job for them!! Such a waste of beautiful flowers, and terrible customer service. Go elsewhere.
