I was looking into buying a Subaru BRZ (2017 model, unreleased at the time) and went through asking general questions about the differences between the models of the current generation. The problem occurred when the sales rep didn't know what the differences where between Limited and Premium pack and didn't fill me with confidence, since the price difference was over $1500.

Being 21 and never buying a new car in my life (and i mentioned this before negotiating anything) they were not very helpful and treated me like rubbish. The only thing that stopped me from pre-ordering the BRZ and walking the 50 metres to Toyota (which pretty much had me sold me the car, all in a 30 minute visit) was the fact that I wanted a Subaru badge instead of a Toyota Badge on the car. If I had to do it all over again, I would go Toyota, such a shame that Subaru are so poorly handled by this one dealership.

Very clean and open floor space and easy to look at the cars too see what options you have, after that its down hill.

After talking to some other people, they have reported similar situations. In short, If you are set on a Subaru, you might want to look at another dealer, possibly interstate.
